South Vineyard |

Our South Vineyard consists of 4 acres of Marquette and Frontenac Gris grapes. Both of these grapes are Minnesota cold hardy varietals and work well in our Cazenovia location. Unlike our friends in the Finger Lakes, we do not have the luxury of the prevailing Southwest moderating winds off of Lake Ontario nor do we have a deep lake to create a meso-climate conducive to growing European style V.Vinifera grapes. |
