North Vineyard |

Our plan in the next few years is to attempt to grow Vinifera grapes in a second vineyard located just South of the winery itself. With the help of Cornell Cooperative Extension, and other local vineyard managers, we hope to begin growing Riesling, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc. The process will include many more steps to keep our vines insulated in the cold upstate winters, but we hope the effort will pay off in the form of outstanding wines. |
